Session 1
In this 30 minute session, we will discuss what’s going on for you, what you would like to achieve in your 90 minute session and some background information.
Whilst you don’t have to be super clear on what you need – please have an idea and we will work it out together.
Session 2
In this 90 minute session, we will cover a number of things that we discussed in session 1.
This session is face to face unless otherwise organised.
Session 3
In this 15 minute session, we will do a follow up from your second session.
You also get get unlimited email access to Emma throughout your 30 day program.
Please only book this at least 21 days after your 90 minute session.
