Thank you so much for the amazing workshop you hosted where we learnt all about polyvagal theory and how we can practically start working with our bodies to come back to a more balanced and relaxed state. I particularly loved the yoga nidra..which is a gentle way for us to switch into an altered brain wave state..allowing ourselves to relax and allowing healing to occur. Emma’s workshop was a great way to schedule time for me. It was like making weekend plans with myself for something I really needed.
I found it didn’t matter the differences between myself or the other ladies; age, upbringing etc we all understood each other and let each other speak.
It felt good to listen and be listened to. It was a real learning experience, not only learning about myself but the practices we were participating in.
I recommend anyone who needs a break from the craziness life can bring sometimes to take the time with Emma and slow down. It’s amazing what some deep thinking and conscious breathing can do for the soul
