Emma has won numerous awards over the decades of being in business – in her early days, she won the IWIB small business award and was a finalist as businesswoman of the year. She won Digital Dynamo through Women with Altitude 2 years in a row and more recently Best Hypnotherapist in Wollongong for 2024.

Emma started practising Hypnosis with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) then decided further to enhance her skills with Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. This also included hypno-EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Coming top of her class with the Clover Institute her mentor Rhonndha stated “…she is an excellent, ethical and reliable therapist.”

After utilising NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in her practice for many years, Emma studied with Marisa Peer for the qualification of RTT Therapist. This blend of hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and psychotherapy allowed Emma to expand her business across the globe with clients worldwide.

Having meditated for near on 20 years, Emma qualified with the Yogic Meditation Institute under Mark Purser. This accredited training is accepted under Meditation Australia and Emma teaches meditation and breathwork practices to her students in her weekly classes locally.

Emma started training with the Coaching Institute for her Life Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) diploma in 2012. This revolutionised her existing health and fitness business (Simple Fitness), and she started to coach ex-biggest loser contestants (TV show). She also won an Illawarra Women in Business Award (IWIB) for Best Small Business.

In Australia to practice hypnotherapy it is not imperative to be a member of any association. However, Emma is a student member of both the ASCH (Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists) and the AHA (Australian Hypnotherapy Association). After 12+ months of ongoing supervision and continuing professional development, this will be upgraded and therefore listed on the appropriate websites.

Emma has finished her EMDR therapist training through the LSCCH (London School of Clinical Communication & Hypnosis).
Psychology Degree
Emma is a student studying her Psychology degree (2nd year) at UniSA (University of South Australia).

Emma is a qualified TAE40110 (with TAELLN411) trainer. She has been training groups of people since 2009 and has undertaken subcontracts intermittently for various RTO’s in Australia.
