What is RTT?
What Is RTT®?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning.
However, RTT® goes beyond, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike many hypnotherapists, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. Too often this is the sole focus for hypnotherapists.
While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs, rather than the catalyst of them. As an RTT® practitioner, I can reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to reach their subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. As an RTT® practitioner, I am equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial, not just in teaching you how to communicate with your subconscious mind, but also directly accessing and fixing whatever blockages may be there. Central to that, is the ability to transform many clients in a single session.
How Does it Work?
The well-known therapist – Marisa Peer developed the therapy after identifying that regardless of their issue – in sessions, clients benefitted from her applying a particular set of techniques in a particular way that almost always brings about phenomenal changes for the clients. These insights provided the foundations for Rapid Transformational Therapy® to emerge as a distinctive therapeutic approach.
In diagnosing what works with real clients in real sessions, Marisa developed a unique therapy and a range of different techniques and tools that I may draw on dependent on clients presenting challenges. I have been trained to use these tools in a skilful and exploratory way following extensive training, ongoing support and supervision.
What Should I Expect From a Session?
As the client, you will work alongside me, uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them.
This leads to powerful permanent change because RTT® enables the mind to tell the body what to do, for example, heal itself using a technique called ‘Command Therapy’. It can easily move clients away from addictions and turn fear into excitement. RTT® can tell the body how to react and how to feel, and it can alter and improve the messages the body sends to the mind so things like depression, anxiety and panic attacks can be permanently overcome.
If you are in physical or emotional pain, you want rapid results. RTT® aims to deliver permanent change in 1 to 3 sessions. By using a technique called ‘Role Function, Purpose’, it recognises and values the significance clients attach to their issues/problems and then offers a powerful emotional release for them. They can be free from pain.
RTT® uses ‘Command Cell therapy’ as a powerful technique for purposefully healing the body, as opposed to positive conditioning alone. RTT® draws out’ unfinished business’, meaning it is a technique for addressing the trauma that clients have been holding onto for many years. ‘Upgrading the Child’ offers a fast and incredibly effective way to permanently overcome childhood issues.
How long is a session?
Please allow at least 30 minutes for your initial session. This is the day prior to the actual session, where you will be working with me for between 1-2 hours.
This might sound like a long time, but what’s a 2 hour session compared to 30 years of pain or discomfort?
Most sessions deal with one issue at a time, but you’ll often find that things start connecting and your healing starts immediately.
Zoom sessions, work exactly the same – time wise.
Do I get a recording of the session?
You will get a personalised recording of your healing that you can take home with you. You must listen to this recording daily for a minimum of 21 days. I recommend that you listen to it for 60 days for even more effect.
Can I work on more than one thing in a session?
The mind is simple and prefers to work on one thing at a time. I suggest sessions no less than 4 weeks apart for this reason.
For example, if you have anxiety, insomnia and low confidence. Then technically this is three sessions – although I often find that other things clear up after one session. Remember, issues get connected. When I check-in with you, this is something we discuss.
Is having an RTT® session hard?
Not at all. In fact, it’s quite relaxing during the hypnosis. You will walk away from the session feeling lighter, clearer and in more control of your emotions than ever.
I’m still not sure if this treatment is suitable for me – can we talk?
Of course, I have a booking for discovery calls here – just book in and we can chat.
