Rules of the mind

I wanted to share some fascinating insights about the mind, and a powerful approach called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) that has been making a profound impact on the lives of many beautiful people I’ve had the privilege to work with.

You see, RTT combines a brilliant blend of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and CBT (cognitive-behavioural therapy). Developed by the renowned therapist Marisa Peer, this potent combination of techniques has brought my client’s rapid healing and success and even transformed my life in amazing ways!

But that’s not all – I’ve taken it a step further. By incorporating my own mix of clinical hypnotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), my clients have experienced even more fantastic results.

  1. Your thoughts and words shape your reality.
  2. The mind follows our consistent thinking and behaviour.
  3. Every thought triggers a physical and emotional response.
  4. Imagination wields more power than knowledge in transforming the mind.
  5. Emotion trumps logic in the decision-making process.
  6. Your mind always acts to fulfill what it believes you want.
  7. It seeks to move you from pain to pleasure.
  8. Familiarity is preferred over the unfamiliar.
  9. Your mind responds to the mental images you create and the words you use.
  10. It doesn’t distinguish between good or bad, true or false – it acts on your words regardless.
  11. Your beliefs shape your reality, and the universe responds accordingly.
  12. What you feed your mind, it reflects back to you.
  13. The subconscious responds better to gentle persuasion rather than forceful demands.
  14. Conflicting beliefs cancel each other out.
  15. The mind operates in the present, not in the past or future.
  16. It doesn’t recognize words like “don’t,” “can’t,” “no,” “not,” “later,” “maybe,” or “tomorrow.”
  17. Vivid, positive, and specific words yield more powerful responses.
  18. Repetition is key to learning and change.
  19. Expectations often become reality.
  20. Whatever you focus on, you attract more of.
